Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
As all Posie pieces are handmade in small batches, returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use cannot be accepted.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
